Direct human administration and clinical research are study-specific. Published and registered-trial sources support investigational context only; they do not establish general dosing, a universal half-life, outpatient use, or an approved therapeutic indication. Angiotensin-(1-7) has also reached human oncology studies. A Phase I trial enrolled 18 patients with advanced solid tumors refractory to standard therapy; one patient had a 19% reduction in tumor measurements and three others had disease stabilization lasting more than 3 months. A subsequent Phase II study in metastatic sarcoma reported a median progression-free survival of 2.7 months, with two patients with vascular sarcomas experiencing prolonged disease stabilization of 10 and 19 months. These findings remain investigational and do not establish Angiotensin-(1-7) as an effective cancer treatment.
