KLOW Peptide Blend: Components, Evidence & Research

Nonstandard community blend

What is KLOW?

KLOW is a nonstandard community/market blend name commonly associated with GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. The name does not define a standardized scientific or pharmaceutical formulation, and composition or ratios may vary.

KLOW is not a single peptide or a standardized pharmaceutical formulation. Composition and ratios may vary.

Commonly associated components

GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV

KLOW vs GLOW

GLOW: GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500

KLOW: GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV

The registry difference is KPV. KLOW is commonly discussed as a GLOW-style combination with this component added. These are community naming conventions; composition can vary. This does not establish improved efficacy, safety, or synergy.

What does the research actually show?

No controlled human clinical evidence has been identified establishing the efficacy or safety of the four-component KLOW combination.

No established human clinical evidence was identified for KLOW as a standardized four-component combination. Evidence concerning individual components must not be presented as proof of the blend's effectiveness, safety, or synergy.

Animal / preclinical evidence

A 2026 exploratory rat Achilles-tendon study compared BPC-157, material described by the study authors as TB-500/synthetic thymosin beta-4, and their combination. In that animal model, the authors reported that the combination did not provide additional benefit over either treatment alone. Effects of BPC-157 and TB-500 on Achilles tendon healing in rats: A histopathological and biomechanical study

This study did not test KLOW, humans, GHK-Cu, or KPV. The study material is not proven chemically identical to the Handbook's canonical TB-500 fragment. The finding does not establish KLOW efficacy, ineffectiveness, safety, or synergy, or general lack of combination efficacy.

Real-world / community context

KLOW is a community/market blend name discussed in peptide communities, including around skin and recovery research. This describes interest, not clinical evidence or demonstrated outcomes.

Safety & regulatory context

Individual-component safety information does not establish the safety of the four-component combination. There is no aggregate KLOW safety profile established here.

The July 23, 2026 Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee process considered BPC-157-, KPV-, and TB-500-related bulk drug substances. Reviewed uses were distinct: BPC-157 for ulcerative colitis, KPV for wound healing and inflammatory conditions, and TB-500 for wound healing. July 23-24, 2026 Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) Meeting

The advisory committee provides recommendations/input to FDA; its process is not itself equivalent to a final FDA determination or approval of KLOW.
